Privacy policy

In short. Liftwin keeps your training on your devices. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it doesn’t send your data to us or to anyone else.

What Liftwin stores

Your profile and preferences, workouts, templates, plans, goals, measurements, personal records and form checks, including the videos you record or choose and the body positions measured from them. These are saved in Liftwin’s private storage on your iPhone and are included in your device backups.

Camera and Photos

The camera is used only while you record a set for a form check. Videos are analysed on your iPhone. Liftwin adds clips to your photo library only when you choose to save one.

Apple Health

With your permission, Liftwin reads body weight, waist, heart rate, active energy, sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, age and sex to show progress, estimate calories and suggest lighter days. It saves workouts and the measurements you log to Health when you choose, and Apple Watch saves the workouts it tracks. Health data is never used for advertising and is never shared.

Coaching text

Written reviews and coach answers are produced by Apple’s on-device models. Your data isn’t sent to a server to produce them.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Liftwin learns only whether your subscription is active, never your payment details.

Your choices

You can change Health, camera and Photos access at any time in Settings. In your profile you can export your data or erase everything Liftwin has stored. Deleting the app removes its data from your iPhone.

Children

Liftwin isn’t directed at children under 13 and doesn’t knowingly collect their data.

This website

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes the technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here and in the app with a new date. For questions, email support@hecano.com.
